ARK Software comes with 90 days of unlimited free technical
support to get your agency up and running on ARK Software. Technical support
is always available from ARK Software.
The Annual Support Agreement allows
for unlimited support via telephone, email, and Remote Support (PCAnywhere,
VNC, etc.) for a period of one year. Also included are any product upgrades
or patches released during that time.
Per call support is also available billable at $2 per minute for those not
on a current support agreement.
We happily modify the ARK Software program for many of our clients. Changes are
made on a proposal basis with a modest modification fee for most changes. Custom
fields, screens, and reports are easily implemented.
We have a busy data import service that will bring your
current data into ARK for a modest fee. Contact ARK Software
